Single ’Til Marriage was founded by Rev. Dr. Valerie Dupree out of a burden to help singles trust God’s timing for marriage in a world that pressures people to follow society’s timetable. This organization was created to address the loneliness, discouragement, and uncertainty many singles experience while waiting for God’s promises to unfold.

Rev. Dr. Dupree began Single ’Til Marriage to encourage singles to shift their focus from comparison and cultural expectations to faith, obedience, and intimacy with God. Rooted in the truth of Matthew 6:33, this ministry reminds believers that when God is placed first, He faithfully orders every area of life, including relationships and marriage.

At its core, Single ’Til Marriage exists to create community, provide spiritual encouragement, and help singles lean on God’s perfect timing rather than rushing ahead of His will. We believe waiting is not wasted, and singleness is a purposeful season designed for growth, healing, and preparation.

Our heart is to see singles walk confidently in faith, free from pressure, anchored in God’s promises, and assured that what God has for them will come at the appointed time.
